A complete digital platform for a private shooting and hunting club. From first visit to signed waiver, we built the website, the staff CRM, the payment flows and the iPhone and Android apps that let a brand-new club run its membership online.
Android app is live on Google Play. The iPhone app has been submitted to the App Store.
The project
What the business needed.
Back40 is a private, membership-based club on 60 acres in Lawson, Missouri. Every applicant is reviewed, every member is vetted, and everyone on the property signs a waiver. The club needed to run all of that online with a small team, before the gate even opened: marketing, applications, payments, paperwork, member communication and a mobile app.

A rich marketing site with facilities, calendar, membership, day pass, hunting slots, sponsorship and contact pages, designed to convey a serious safety culture and a welcoming community.
Applications & vetting
Online membership applications with ID upload and a staff review workflow, so every member is vetted before they receive a gate credential.
Online payments
Stripe-powered monthly and annual memberships, day passes, hunting-stand reservations and sponsorships.
E-signed waivers & agreements
Waivers, membership agreements and guest waivers signed online and archived as PDFs for the club's records.
Custom staff CRM
A private admin portal where staff review applications, manage members and points, post announcements and see every signature and payment.
Member portal & community
Members manage their profile, read announcements, earn club points and talk in a members-only forum.
iPhone & Android apps
Native apps with a member dashboard, club calendar, property weather, announcements, forum and chat, work days, club points and a hunting stand map, with report and block tools for community safety.
